1. How the Online Sale Happens
1.1 The customer can view products without needing to register.
1.2 After selecting the desired products, the customer adds them to the shopping cart.
1.3 The shopping cart allows the customer to check the selections made and view the shipping cost, which varies based on the weight and nature of the items chosen.
1.4 The customer can delete items from the shopping cart or continue the selection.
1.5 Upon checkout, the customer can finalize the purchase and pay via PayPal. It is not necessary to sign up for the service to make the payment.
1.6 Please pay close attention to the correctness of the shipping information entered during checkout.
1.7 The shipment will leave as soon as possible upon receipt of the payment confirmation by e-mail.
1.8 If the ceramics ordered are not immediately available, De Sanctis dal 1890 will send an e-mail with the production and delivery times.

2. Applicable Legislation and Right of Withdrawal
2.1 The sales of products via the Internet are governed by the law D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999 on distance contracts.
2.2 The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons) and cannot be exercised by legal or natural persons acting for professional purposes.
2.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send the items to Ceramiche De Sanctis 1890, Rome (RM), within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
2.4 The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
2.5 The right of withdrawal is totally void if the returned product is not intact (lack of original packaging, absence of integral elements, damage to the product).
2.6 De Sanctis dal 1890 will proceed with the refund within 30 working days of shipment of the goods by the customer, after receiving the goods.
2.7 The refund will be made via the same method of payment used for the order (PayPal).

3. Shipping
3.1 De Sanctis dal 1890 makes its shipments using the international express couriers POSTE ITALIANE, UPS and FEDEX.
3.2 Shipments in Italy are made through POSTE ITALIANE, while those abroad are made through UPS or FEDEX.
3.3 Shipments are tracked and guaranteed for delivery to the address indicated by the customer.
3.4 In the event of partial or total damage, theft or loss of the goods, the customer must send a notice to the e-mail address info@desanctis1890.com within 5 days of receipt of the goods or within 10 days of expected delivery.
3.5 The customer must keep the damaged goods, the packaging and the box received for possible inspection.
3.6 Refunds, if due, will be made within 90 days of the submission of the request, with a deductible of € 29.00 to be paid by the recipient.
3.7 For goods delivered outside of Italy and the European Union, the customer may be subject to import duties and taxes and must comply with the legislation of the country of destination.
